Automatic Flush Bolts. Simple.

Inactive door locks automatically when the active door is closed; Inactive
door unlocks automatically when the active door is opened.

Specifications

Certification/Compliance• ANSI/BHMA A156.3 Grade 1.
• Conforms to ANSI/BHMA 156.3 type 25.
Features• The override spring prevents damage to the doors or bolts should the bolt head fail to align with top and bottom strike.
• The Auxiliary Fire Fuse assembly keeps the door aligned during a fire. In case of fire, the bolt extends from the fire fuse to keep the inactive door in the locked position.
• Patented floating cams for less than 5 lbs. of closing force required from the active door to extend both top and bottom bolts.
• Non-handed.
Top and Bottom Bolts• Bolts can be vertically adjusted up to 1" for floor variance or frame conditions.
• 3/4" bolt throw and 3/4" backset.
Strike• 95-2701 Strike standard.
• 95-2705 or 95-2706 dust proof strike available.
Standard Rod Length• 12" standard rod length measured from the center of the flush bolt body to the bolt tip. Optional 18",24",36" and 48" rod lengths available for top bolt only on non-fire rated openings.
Doors & Preparations• Fits standard ANSI/BHMA A156.115 (A115.4).
Finishes• 605, 606, 611, 612, 613, 625, 626, 630.
Ordering information• FB9510R, FB9520R Model (without bottom bolt) with Auxiliary Fire Bolt includes a retrofit plate kit NO.95-2801 to cover existing bottom bolt prep.

Self-Latching Flush Bolts. Sophisticate.

The top bolt is manually released while the bottom bolt automatically releases when the active door is opened for unlocking the inactive door. The inactive door locks again when the inactive and active door is closed in sequence.

Manual Flush Bolts. Controls.

Manually switching the lever/snib upward for retracting the bolt to unlock the inactive leaf, and downward for projecting the bolt to lock the inactive leaf, all done while the active door is opened.
